Those Evil Credit Cards

In a recent talk at Cato Institute's 25th Anniversary celebration, ABC News correspondent, David Boaz, emphasized, "capitalism is a miracle." To illustrate his point, he cited credit cards as a prime example of the creative powers of capitalism. "Isn't it a miracle? You can go to another country and give them this piece of plastic, and a total stranger who doesn't speak your language will give you a car? Or you can go to a wall someplace and stick it in and cash will come out. And they don't even know you."
