Banks Are Highly Rated

Do you think that banks do a good job of serving consumers? Over recent years, Harris Interactive Communications has polled consumers to see what they think about the quality of service that they have received from various industries. The results of the most recent poll and a poll five years earlier are shown in the table below. Clearly, banks have significantly out-performed the other industries. It's time to ask for that raise.
