Bankruptcy Reform

According to a press release from the American Collectors Association, there is still a possibility of bankruptcy reform. A spokesman for House Judiciary Chairman James Sensenbrenner (R-Wisc.) National Journal's Congressional Daily that bankruptcy reform "is one of our top priorities" for the 108th Congress and expects his committee to take the bill up "in the next couple of months." Senate Judiciary Chairman Orin Hatch (R-Utah) expressed similar intentions.
