Credit on a Debit Card?

Charter One Financial in Ohio has launched a "delayed payment" debit MasterCard according to CardWeb. The "SmartBusinessOneCard" is targeted at small business owners. The bank allows them to arrange for their account at the bank to be debited monthly or semi-monthly. Cardholders can access the bank's web site to see what their total transactions would be as of that day. The card is free with a Charter One business checking account.
